Yoga FAQ's

What to wear?
- Comfortable clothing that you can move in- gym clothes are fine or loose fitting clothing.
- No socks or shoes please- yoga is done in bare feet!

- Change rooms are available on the lower level and valuables can be stored inside the class.

What to bring?
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one (you can purchase a mat for $15 at several department stores)- if you do not have a mat, this is not required to participate as the room has judo mats already on the ground.
- Bring a water bottle if you like.

Do I need to be early for my first class?
Yes! Please come at least 15 minutes early to your first class to sign a waiver form and settle payment and any questions. After your first class, please come 10 minutes early to class so that there is time to settle in. All classes start on time- if the class has begun, please enter as silently as possible to respect other students.

Who can come to classes? Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
-Everyone is welcome. Both men and women of all ages practice yoga and most are not acrobats! You do not need to be flexible or of a certain body type- larger bodies are more than welcome, as are persons with physical disabilities or impairments.
