Cardio-Kickboxing
Our instructor, Amos Mbenoun started "La boxe Francaise" in 1988 in Cameroon with Essicima Eric, one of the winners of French tournaments. A few years after arriving in Canada (2000), Amos began kickboxing with Jean Yves Theriault, "The Iceman," 23 times World Champion. Amos has had the opportunity to train with many champions in Canada and has participated in many tournaments.
